Running Update

I made it through the first couple week of the training plan with no problems.  Then I got got pretty sick, not from running just something going around.  That knocked me out for a week and a half.  Once I was better I began back to running but was not sure if I could recover the time I lost.  Shortly after that I went out of town for a few days which further threw my running off.  At that point I was pretty confident that I would not be able to get back to the training to run the half marathon by March 15th and so I really slacked off with my running.

I have been running a little bit but need the training motivation to push myself.  Since then I have not ran over 4 miles at one time.  I have only been running between 3 and 4 miles at a time.  I need to find another half marathon in the next couple months to train for.
